Feministing! + meeting notes
Submitted by gracek on Fri, 03/12/2010 - 12:11pmOur Wednesday night panel with the editors of the Feministing blog was a smashing success! Vanessa told us about the ups and downs of feminist blogging; Samhita spoke about intersectionality and carving out a space within the feminist movement for women of color; Miriam challenged feminist stereotypes with her own story of coming out as a genderqueer feminist. And our own Sophia rocked it with her vision of a future feminist world! WSAC learned a lot from these excellent feminists, as did the other **200** people who came!!
